What We Do

Health Help is a not-for-profit program that provides comprehensive enrollment and advocacy services to eligible Mississippians attempting to enroll and/or reapply for state benefits in Medicaid/CHIP. We also serve as a resource to help Mississippians navigate the new benefits under the Affordable Care Act such as Private insurance assistance (i.e., coverage for children w/pre-existing conditions, coverage for children up to age 26)
and enrollment in Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan.

The toll-free number, 1-877-314-3843 accepts statewide calls, Monday-Friday from 9am–5pm from those needing help. This website, http://www.healthhelpms.org also ,offers information and assistance. Health Help will improve health care access to all individuals and families. All Health Help Services are free.
